hard start and blue smoke

anyone know whats goin on with my truck? 70 degrees today and my truck still started up as if it was 50 degrees. i also noticed a little blue puff of smoke. just one though. when i gave it a little gas, i got nothing. hard start to the point where my radio loses power, and a little puff of blue smoke.

HPOP maybe? Losing prime taking a while to build up to fire the injectors? Just a guess, I am sure others will chime in with thoughts as well.

Just thinkin that it would be wise to check the level before you start it when it has been sitting a while to see if it is draining out. You really shouldn't need the GP to start at that temperature, but I would check to make sure that it is working correctly as well. I haven't had much experience with the HPOP as of yet, but do know if it is low on oil, it will take a while to build pressure to fire the injectors.
