Smile Breathing Question

OK I got my truck programmed yesterday with hypertech, good power increase. Diffently going to add cat back with duals. How much additional power will I feel if I put on a cold intake system like K&N?

What kind of truck do you have? You might fill in your signature (go to User CP at the top left of the thread) so we know what your truck is and what mods you have. Also, you might post this question in the forum specific to the model & year of your truck.

No expert here but from what I here the combo of the three will give you an increase. I don't think you'll be blowing any doors off but it should pep it up a bit. I agree with jtharvey, let everyone know what you got and try the forum specific to your truck for the most info.

Well, I'm a diesel man myself, and it's been a while since I've modded a gasser -- although the last gasser I modded is related, it was a 4.6L, 4 cammer in a '96 Mustang Cobra. But I haven't had that car for something like 4 years, so I'm not completely current on what's happening with the Triton motors.

I'd post your question or do some searching in the forums specific to your truck and engine.

The 2004, 2005, 2006 Ford F-150 forum here:
https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/f...splay.php?f=24

or

The 4.6L, 5.4L Modular V8 here:
https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/f...splay.php?f=48

Good luck, and welcome to FTE!!
