Where is ebpv tube

Where is the tube that needs to be cleaned out mine isn't working at all now and may be part of my other problems.it hasn't worked since its been acting up.

It goes from the pass side manifold area at the front of the motor up and above the HPOP. Its 5/16 or 3/8 size tube. If its plugged it can cause the truck to run bad or not at all. CLean it or replace it.
