My wife has an 05 XLT without the leather package, but she really want to replace the seats with leather ones any advice or leads to where i can find them would be helpful. www.ayarshop.com sells the covers for around $700 but I would like to find them cheaper.

 

Have you tried getting a quote from a trim shop? I've "heard" the leather on the Escape seats is not of too high quality. I'm thinking that it'd be cheaper to just have a trim shop re-cover them, instead of paying the cost of the entire seat.

 

I was thinking about the same thing. I was going to check out a salvage yard to see what the net cost would be after trading in my cloth seats.
