67 and 68 rear springs

I have a 68 CS with Flexo-Matic with narrow width springs (6,800 gvw), in pick n pull is a 67 3/4 ton (7,500 gvw) with narrow width springs and standard looking shackles. Question, can the 67 spring and shackle direct bolt into the riveted spring perches on a 68 CS? I want to lower the back end 1 1/2" to near level as now it's butts up too high. I want the weight capacity so removing leafs is out as well "dearching the springs on the Flexo-Matic as then i'll be riding on the Flexo arm. Grabbing parts and ideas.
