WOW! Saleen is coming out with a 450 Horsepower Ford F150 Pick-up
I was surfing the web today and I stumbled on this lovley piece of American Steel. Since they canned the Lightning project this could the truck the SVT Lightning buyers are going to buy.
This Saleen F150 is going to be quick with 450 horses and 500 lb-ft of torque planted to the concrete. I really like the tail pipes that come out the bed. This is one sweet rig.
Does ford make any profit whatesoever on this "new" truck? The lightning concept put out by ford awhile ago looks a lot like this one. That grill is A1!

For cheap ***** like me, I'd just get a 3v f150 regcab shortbed 2wd, buy the body kit, "euro" headlights (and tail lights), tint the windows and get side exiting exhaust. Clone baby!
It looks lovely, I'd love to have one. With gas at 2.05 a gallon here, who cares about economy. I'll the the blower option!

I've seen this one already...but what's this about the Lightning not coming back???? I thought that SVT was going to go ahead with it. Now I'm puzzled.
SVT has no plans to produce any trucks, the Adenaline has been axed too.
