Back From The South
Hello again everyone! Just got back from a two week trip to Florida with the family. Nine of us went together and stayed at Orlando and went to the parks, checked the sites, etc. We went to Disneyland, Universal Studios, Busch Gardens, Seaworld, Space Center, and to Daytona Beach, and yes we toured the Daytona Speedway as well. Had a great time, but also glad to be home.

I was wondering where you went, hadn`t seen any new posts lately. Welcome back 77SilverStreak. Years ago I went thru the Houston Space Centre. Glad you had a great time, it`s always nice to be back home.
A friend of mine just got back from Mexico with stories of nice older Ford trucks running around there. Makes me wish....

We also went to Old Town in Orlando and at that time they had a car show and cruise going that night. Everything was '72 and older, lots of 57 chevs, 65 and up mustangs, camaro's and some good looking Fords too. There was a few old 30's ford cars, and a sweet 49 half ton. There was around 100 cars there, so lots to see that day!

My wife took about 500 pictures on the trip with her digital camera, but she wants to transfer them to a CD at Walmart first because if she downloads them on the computer it clears the camera card at the same time. Probably will get to the city at the end of this month, so after that I will see if I can post some. I have tried previously, but failed at posting pictures. If anybody knows how to post pictures here, could they help me out? Speaking of pictures, I started my gallery and have one picture of the '77 F150 if you want to check it out. It was a scanned picture from the parade last year, so its not a real good one, but I will add some better pictures later.

I looked at your gallery last nite, I saw your very nice & clean 77 F150. It`s a great looking truck in a colour that suits the sweet lines of your Ford very well.
I don`t know how to post pictures in a gallery, I got lockups to post mine for me. Don`t forget to check out my gallery as well. There is a red 69 F100 and you may like my red 67 Mustang Fastback and the model T Touring rod. Still have the 56 M100 to finish and put in the gallery. No, this one won`t be red!

Its very easy to post pics guys. Goto the user cp at the top of the page, and click on it. Then just edit gallery. Then either make a gallery, or edit the gallery you have. Then when you are in the gallery you want to edit, it has some tabs that say browse. Browse for the pics you want to add, and add!

Wow that mustang is a smokin sweet ride, and I bet that its fast too! Is the 69 F100 original? If it is, then its in mint shape and a great find for you. The T rod is neat. That's the one with the chev motor? My opinion for the 56 would be a 460 engine, but thats just me! Checked out the 97 and the 91 of yours Pyro, great trucks as well. I own a 97 to, but its not 4x4. Yours will be mean jacked to the sky with a great tire/rim combo!

I am happy with the Mustang, goes ok.
The 69 is orginal except for a new windshield, needs the seat redone and some motor work on the 302. It was a sweet find as the po had redone all the brakes adding a power brake booster, a new master cylinder as well as adding powersteering. The Explore truck mags were on it when I got it.The body is very nice, only a small hint of rust at the rear quarters tips and tiny farmer dents. It`s a sweet find in red! I don`t have the time to restore it as I need to finish the 56 M100, 460 sounds like a good idea and my 65 Fastback.
The T-Rod has a 327.
