Question Turn Signal Problem

I have a 2000 F350 with 120,000 miles on it. Lately, it has been giving me problems! Right now, the left turn signal does not work and the tail lights/brake lights stay on when the truck is running. When the truck is turned off, you can step on the brake and the brake lights work.

I have read through past post and am not sure if it might be the "multifunction switch" or the turn signal? I have replaced the bulb and it was fine.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
