NEED HELP FINDING BLUE BOOK VALUE ON 1975 FORD TRUCK

There is no Blue Book Value for a 1975 vehilce, unless it is a classic or special interest vehicle.
You are going to have to check the local prices of 75s in similar condition as yours, and go from there.
