lost keypad code

I have a 2004 f-150 lariat super crew cab. I lost the card with the keypad code on it. Can someone please tell me where on the truck I can locate the code? Thank you.

I think your manual should tell you. I'm not sure it's on your truck anywhere ... would have to check my manual.

Past that, the dealership can look up this info for you.

Dealer can give it to you - in your paperwork should be a 2X3" card as well....unless that is what you lost.

I took my truck in and the dealer did it for free, took about 10 mins. They hook up some sort of device and it pulls the code for you.
