3.0 V6 engine rebuilding: aluminum heads

Hello Ford friends,

I own a 1993 Ford Aerostar which needs rejuvenation. I would like to rebuild the engine completely and in the process have it loose weight and gain horse power. What is the best way to replace the iron heads by aluminum ones. Where does one look for these.
Any other advice you would want to give me regarding the rebuild operation?

Unless you can make your own molds and castings, I am not aware that any exist...
