6.0 Fuel Filter Replacement

Hello out there. . .
I tried the search mode but came up with "Can't Find Server" message so I am throwing this out here looking for help in replacing the fuel filters on my 6.0 liter 2003 F350 4 x 4 Crew Cab. I need to change them today as I need my truck for Monday and I can't make the 16% grade out of my river bottom ranch the way the truck is running. Also have a 1948 F-Series grain truck that is a runner! Thanks for any help!!

yes there has been problems I think with server. i got the same msg. If your 03 is like my 04 there are two filters. One on top of the engine and one on the left frame about 1/2 way back. In my diesel suppliment manual there is a diagram of where they are and how to replace. Messy job for the frame one.
