You really should do a search on this site.
There is a ton of discussion, arguments, everything you would want to know about the good, the bad and the ugly of the topic.
I personally went with the SCT XCalibrator 2 and the Volant Intake.

Thanks for the replies. I have checked the Volant website and it does not appear they make an intake for the 2005 5.4 F250. Same with every other intake manufacturer I know of. However, I was not aware of the sct programmer and it looks like that might be available for any 5.4. I will check it out further. Thanks again.
