I got an e-mail from Zone Alarm Labs about this high risk virus that is supposed to become active on Feb.3. Has anyone else heard of this warning?

 

I saw it a few days ago. I guess I lead a boring life I read all the new virus warning at microtrend,mcafee and norton. Looks like a mass mailer with a ton of alisses. My wife thinks I scan to much. I tell her with 5 kids in the house right now. With every E-mail or game they dl without scanning I don't have a choice. I learned the hard way any onboard anti-virus can be compremissed. So I double check using an outside virus scans.

 

Even online scanners can be compromised. There's an infection, maybe others too, that redirect specific URL's to fake ones to make it look like you're getting the real thing, when you are just being duped. House Call was one of the specific paged that I've seen redirected.

 

From what I can see, it looks like an old virus with the trigger date reset to 2/3/06.
