Question Wheel covers or simulators

Hi to all,
I have my next door neighbor & friend who is looking for some cool wheel simulators for his truck. He has a 1989 F-250 7.3 XLT Lariat. We took a look on a bunch of sites but are not too sure of the products(JC Whitney),especially for the rear wheels as the axle sticks out quite a ways, the rims in the pictures are the stock rims:
see pics.
Thanks for your help!

I bought the cheap covers once then bought used factory originals after the cheapos fell off the truck but both fit fine.
