Occasionally my truck will idle roughly when I start it up. Happens more when its hot. It will idle rough and its down on power. It usually goes away.

I'm guessing one of the COP's is bad but no codes pop up when I scan it.

Probably.

A good scanner can go in and read misfire counts before they get bad enough to set a CEL.

This is probably what you need in order to pinpoint where the problem actually is without shotgunning it.
