Hello 1BadKingRanch,
Welcome to the forum! My truck is a 2002 F-150 King Ranch SuperCab, 5.4L 4x2. Charcaol Blue. The only modifications that I have done is to add a body color Lund air deflector and a body color Line-X spray in bedliner. I also have a K&N filter.
I don't have any pictures in my gallery yet. Hopefully that will come this spring.

There have been a lot of King Ranch iterations starting in 2001 on the F-150. Most KR models are SuperCrews but, there are SuperCab models (which I have) and the are even some Expedition models. The KR expanded to the F-250 and F-350 truck lines for 2004. For 2006, the KR is available in the f-150 SuperCrew, Expedition, F-250, and F-350.
Granted, the KR is mostly a trim package but there are more and more of these out there every day. I just think that it would make FTE even better!

A lot of KR owners use the KR conditioner, some use Meguiar's too. I recently have acquired come products from http://www.obenaufs.com/. I haven't used it yet. Waiting for some better weather. I do have feedback from another source that indicates that this line of products does a very good job on the KR Castaño leather.

ceopi- The owners manual describes how to clean the seats. First, use a damp (water only) soft cloth (I use a terrycloth wash cloth) to wipe down the seats. Wait until they dry, then apply the King Ranch leather conditioner (about $10 a bottle, www.kingranch.com). Don't worry of the water or conditioner darkens the leather, when the seats dry, they will return to their normal color. You have to be very careful with these seats, the leather is very absorbant, and commercial leather cleaners and conditioners may permanently stain the leather, so will blood, oil or grease. The King Ranch leather conditioner is made just for these seats, and does not leave an oily residue. Don't forget to clean the leather on the steering wheel also, it gets really dirty. Use the King Ranch conditoner about every two months or so, and your seats will look good for years.
