One of the things to be thinka about is who is gonna be the spokesperson or leader of this chapter, please read the link above for info regarding it.

if you have any questions please PM me (the chapter moderator) or one of the other chapter leaders, Rewegh or Fordborn or any of the other fine leaders on this board.

Please take to time to look over the other chapters to see how they are set up for ideas.
