Build sheet decoding

Hello everyone,
Couple of weeks ago I was watching the Barrett-Jackson auction on Speed and they mentioned finding build sheets for older vehicles under the seats. I have a 1964 F250 Camper Special that I am in the process of restoring and I found a built sheet folded up and stuffed in the back of the seat.
Does any one know what the codes mean ?

I think it was John- da banjo plucker who had a lot of info on that. Somebody go wake him up and usher him in here.
