That's because Fred is cool and the other guys... well... f'em <grin>.
Was cool to have met you today Charlie... visit was too short considering how far you trekked, and you didn't get to sample my grilling ability. Especially since it was as warm as it was today.
We were supposed to elect new leaders a while back, but no one volunteered. I debated for a while, but since I have a new son and no job I figured chickening out was smart on my part.
Though... as far as get togethers, I'm always happy to host a BBQ during the last spring, summer or early fall when it's still warm. Never a problem finding an excuse to flip on the pool heater for the wives/kids (and us, why not) and grill until we're fat and not so sober
And Charlie, I found where the head gasket was leaking. It's not leaking anymore. One of the headbolts had worked loose (???) so I torqued it down as well as the others around it and it's not leaking anymore.
o-boy here we go again. the next i'll be able to drive is going to be late april.
feb 7th is a going to be the start of some weak times for me, i'll be having spine surgury 2 days in the costly hotel then home, doc's orders NO driveing for 2 months after that. and that is going to hurt, guess i'll just leave my blue horse in the garage with the battery on a maintince float charger.
Lets see, two months from now will be april. Have your wife shuffle your recliner outside in the backyard, and we FTE guys will come grill and be merry and make a mess of your yard in honor of you
late april and i'll start the grill at my house. because as soon as april starts and that darn hard plastic brace is off my neck it's off to H.I. for 9 days of r&r with the wife blink, blink.
now if they still had the concord for that flight from new jersey straight over.
na really we stop for a hour and a half in salt lake to switch plane's to big a 767. but still 11 hours of flight time just after surgury
