i hav a '99 4.2 with flowmaster 40, auto

my frend has a '95 5.0 with an exhaust thats just a little better than stock, but its not flowmaster, auto

who do u think will win?

 

Seeing that this isn't really against any form of competition - I will move to the General auto.

 

my nod goes to the 5.0, but that is me, i havent driven a 4.2L ford yet

 

5.0. More torque, comparable horsepowers I assume. Plus, your Flowmaster muffler does not flow that great. Flowmaster's are for sound only (and I don't even like that). You can try it, your engine is newer and you have a better automatic transmission. It will probably come down to gearing between the two...

When you guys do race, please video it and post here. I would love to see the thought of your anemic 4.2 liter beating a 5.0 get blown right out of your head. Heck, I couldnt fathom my 4.6 liter beating a 5.0 and we would have the same amount of cylinders at least.

 

Blu99, need a little more info. What radio's do you all have? And will they be on?

Most important, will this be on a weekday or weekend?

i was just wondering we may probubly never race but i heard that on those '95s the beds were made out of steel and mine is made out of fiberglass. so thats wut made me think i would win thats all.
