Changed head gasket but now the computer giving off codes changed egr,iac,upstream O2 sensors ,dpfs, but still no power or correct idle cleaned maf sensor but still runs awfull starting to run very short on patience ,wife is getting mad spending to much time in garage & money damn parts are not cheap so if anybody has info it would be greatly appreciated .

BTW
even had the cams lock in place with the cam holdown so it can't be out of time.
