selling a 72 camper special in summit county

i'm selling a 1972 camper special with a 390, 4 speed, and is 2 wheel drive. It is in really good condition, and runs very strong. it dosen't have hardened valve seats in it so it smokes a little, but i have a set of heads with hardened seats that i will throw in for free. the interior needs a little work, and there is very little rust. it has BRAND NEW wheels and tires (i still have the receipt) and new exhust. being in summit county with a 2 wheel drive pick up truck is kinda pointless so it's gotta go. I need the room in my new place so i'm selling it for $1500 FIRM. it's worth it. PM me if there are any questions. thank you for your time.
