I've got this OEM Ford Radio head unit in my 2001 Ford Explorer Sport:

Does anyone know if this HAS CD Changer controls on it?

If it does, is all you have to hook up is an additional wire harness and the actual disc changer?

And do you push the CD button to get into the CD changer mode?

If so, where to get an OEM disc changer and head unit?
