Speed Limiter

Is there any way to rid or raise the speed limiter on my 97 F 150 4.6?

I would not mess with cutting wires, I think the best way would to be to buy a programmer, but going above 100 in any truck is not the best idea in my book.

the further the faster and cutting wires is fine if you do it right most people cut them and put black tape around them NO THE WAY TO GO

cut sorter and take heat shrink tape and place over splice heat and looks great and wont break apart

there is a good way to do stuff and and BAD WAY WHICH MOST PEOPLE DO

The handleing is incredible on the highway. I'm usually the guy going no faster than 65 and the world is flying by me but there are those moments it's a shame it ends @ 97 mph. Going with a Superchips tuner.
