Talking Rough idle

Have a 96 F250 Powerstroke with a 5 speed stick. It has 215,000 and it's a great truck. Recently, I have notice when I come to a light or start it it idles rough for 10 or 20 seconds before it smooth out to it's normal purr. Any ideas?

Also I switched to synthetic oil at 150,000 miles and jumped from 17 to 22 MPG.

Mine is doing the same thing. Just ordered a single mass conversion. Oh and a new downpipe. Just don't tell the wife.

Even if you find a Banks Intercooler for $200? I bet you'd get a high five too.
