Hello All, newbie here,
I have a 03 expedition with a moonroof and the overhead control for the rear ac/heat is not working properly. The blower and heat work ok, but the dials do not illuminate at night and when you push the button to change air flow from ceiling to floor it does not switch.It blows from the ceiling constantly, is there a fuse for this somewhere? any ideas are greatly appreciated. Thanks..AJ

Is this still under warrenty? If it is I would take it to them.

my 00 expo has rear a/c controls also that say something like ceiling to floor but i dont think my rear air has any floor vents i once had my whole rear interior out and did not see any vents or ducts. i think they are just screwin with us

 

The floor ducts they are talking about in the '03 is the grill in the plastic right beside the 2nd row passenger seat...LOL As far as it now switching, its probably the module that swaps the air direction, which is the one on the top of the airbox when looking at it.
