Timed my 06 F250 in the 1/4 mile

Hey just wanted to let you guys know that I timed my truck yesterday and the results were 14.60 sec. at 96.5 mph to me this is awsome, I have installed on my truck the superchips tuner, the air intake kit and the digital propane injection system from MSD.

that is real good. .. is there a lot of black smoke when your on the accelerator?

I was at carlsbad raceway when the all the mods started coming into play a few years back....when they were open.
2500 duramax lifted 4x4 crew cab on 35" tires running 11.80's in the 1/4... all you seen when the light went green was a huge cloud of black all the way down the 1320- it was insane.

Hadatoyota: What an upgrade in trucks. I have the same truck you're getting and bone stock it surprises me with how quick it is. These trucks may be big but they're definitely not slow!!!

I have no idea what it would do (time) if the truck was stock! All I know is that the tuner added about 90 to 100 hp the intake i'm guessing is about 20 hp and the digital propane injection system adds about 80 hp, and yes there was alot of black smoke!!!

with these same settings I get about 32 mpg at about 75 mph on the highway with the cruise control, it's great!!!

On the DPI there is a setting that let's you control the propane that it is injected the settings go from 0% to 100% I have mine at 40% so my guess is that it would do better if it was open to 100%

You don't think anybody (and I even mean even the diesel guys) are going to believe 32 mpg, 23mpg on the best day with a tail wind at 60-65mph but no way on 32mpg at 75 mph, keep fooling yourself into think that.

Listen, I don't sell the kits, I don't even install them, but if you would like, come on over to Brownsville, Texas and I'll let you drive my truck for a couple of days, after that you will believe!

Guys dont knock it till you try it. I had the Predetor on the 100 horse setting with nothing else done and went a 14.46 at 90 mph in the 1/4. And with the Linear Logic monitor, at 60 mph and 100 hp setting I get 27 mpg on flat ground. And when I double check it with hand cal. it is close to the same 25 to 26 mpg. So with the intake and propane it might be possible. Cant wait till spring. I put exhaust on so I hope it runs a little quicker.

I have Airaid intake, Bullydog 4" exhaust straight pipes, and SCT tuner from Innovative Diesel (street tune) and my F350 did 14.21 in the 1/4. Thats amazing for a 7800 lb truck. 16 mpg in town all day long with or without tail wind, drinking Jolt soda, and eating No Doze. hehe In 11k miles I havent had it on a long Hi-way trip to check out that milage. hopefully this spring.
