How to ship running boards?

Has anyone ever shipped used running boards before? Whats the best way to pack them? Would bubble wrap around it with cardboard work?

I'd checkout the websites of U.S. Post Office and U.P.S.

They have information on how to pack items, package requirements such as maximum weight and size allowed, and what it cost to ship them.

There are other shipping sites also.
