Question 60 Y-block Safe RPM Range

We added a tachometer to our instrument cluster for our rebuilt 292. I have been unable to find documentation on a safe RPM range. Anyone know?

I shift the black 56 at 6500 RPM's. That new engine should go at least 5000. I'd say to be safe no more than 5500 RPM's once its broke in. You might want to check the cam as to where it makes its most HP range. Was that a mummert cam? Like mine is a 2900-6900 RPM range cam.
