P0470 after switching back to factory calibration?

Just a quick question that I'm hoping someone here can shed some light on. After I flashed the PCM back to the factory calibration (have to go through NJ
inspection), the truck started losing power and hissing through the exhaust like the cat was clogged. I put it on the scanner and came up with P0470, an exhaust back pressure sensor fault code. I know that this is a common code when running an aftermarket tuner, but I'm kinda stumped by the fact that it only appeared AFTER I went back to stock. Any thoughts on the subject?

Sounds like the exhaust back pressure valve (ebpv) is stuck.

Something in the software makes greater use of an EBPV in the stock tune, and the EBPV is somewhat sticky as well.
That's my thought.
