Okay, anyone want to get the trucks together for a cup of coffee one morning this month? I can't make it this Saturday but how about the January 21st or 28th? Carrows Restaurant in Orange. That's two blocks east of the Newport / 55 Freeway in Orange County around 8:30am. We can switch the date if it's too wet...

Unfortunatly, Orange is kind of a long drive and Saturdays are usually booked. I would like to meet more members and will keep an eye on the forums for activities closer to home.
Guys meet at the end of the Glendale freeway (the 2) every Saturday from about 7:00 to 8:30. I like to go because it's early and doesn't interupt my day. All cars are welcomed. They meet across from the Verdugo Hills Hospital.

Also, is Carrows in the "military East" direction??? I'm sure I'll find it anyway, but I was just wondering if you are as directionally challenged as some gals I have known.

That's less than a mile EAST of the Newport/55 Freeway on your right hand side. Note that there is a Chapman off of the 57 Freeway and that's a different street.
They are saying there is a 10 percent chance of rain Saturday, if it looks like rain, we can reschedule. But if it's not rescheduled by around 7AM on this site - figure it's a go
It looks like my replies have not all gone through. I'll try and be there at 8:30. My truck is not finished but it is on the internet at www.hotrodstohell.net. He did the suspension for me.
We've just had a family emergency and I've got to go back east - won't be here for the Saturday get together that *I* started and I'm bummed. Hopefully, you'll go anyway and have fun, I'll see about setting up another for early February (maybe somewhere more convenient for the rest of you)... feel free to make changes in the time/place etc. as you all want
