Rear view mirror removal

Alright, how do you get the rear view mirror off my 2001 F-350 Crew Cab w/FPS?
No visible screws or torques. I want to leave the mounting plate in hopes that the new mirror I am installing will fit.

Probably best to ask this in the SD forum, or better yet, search the SD forum,, theres a decent install article that can be found via the serch
