My new truck, with a question.

I just bought a 03 f150 5.4L super crew, and i am new to fords altogether. My question is what can i do to push the hp from 260 stock to 300+? Here is picture of my new baby, for those interested. Thanks

Adam

intake, exhaust, and programmer would get you close. Supercharger would take you over....way over! Good lookin' truck and welcome to FTE.

getting 40 hp without internal engine mods is pretty hard.

Like gashog said, its not ez, but intake, headers, catback, and a tuner are where you have to start. Cheaper than a blower, but nowhere near as satisfying.

Gashog is right, you aren't going to get an honest 40 hp with just bolt on stuff. The blower may be a bit pricey, but it can be removed and sold again for good money if you ever sell the truck.
