I have a 1976 F100 with the 300ci 6cy with a 3sp tranny and I would like to find some performance upgrades for the engine. Specifically a performance rebuild kit. I also have a 1972 F100 with the 302 with an automatic tranny. I am thinking of swaping the engines so that my L6 has the auto. Any thoughts?

basiclly anything you can do to a v8 will work on the 6. a 4bbl intake and carb, a header,differnt cam.
