you might want to consider 2 speaker boxes, but if you want the seat to go all the way back,,then jc whitney has a headliner with built in speakers,, it looks pretty trick and is about 180$. Unless you use the door speakers,, 6x9 is abit tough to fabricate to fit in the cab,, but anything is possible.

I built my own speaker boxes and set them angled & vertically so the sound would come out between the door post and the seat.
Yes, I have great sound doing it that way.
