I have a 1998 Explorer EB and recently performed Talon Dad’s “Plan B” fix as my blend door had fallen down just like Talon Dad’s. Unfortunately when I got my blend door out it was broken much worse than in the proposed fix, and I cannot find the loose pieces. My question is does anyone know of a way to get a hold of a blend door. I have not checked but I do not think Ford sales it separately. I was going to go to some junk yards to maybe find one. I thought I would post to see if anyone has any ideas.
