Replace the fuel pressure regulator, fuel pressure is only supposed to be around 35psi.

The pump is fine, the regulator is all that's bad.

The regulator and the return line is after the filter and before the Schraeder valve isn't it?

No, just like it shows in the diagram.

0. Tank
1. Pump
2. Filter
3. Injectors & Schraeder valve in parallel on same fuel manifold.
4. Regulator
5. Tank

lab288 - does it start easily if it has only been stopped for a minute or two? What about after sitting overnight? Just trying to diagnose my problem.
