headlights blowing fuses

headlights blowing fuses
help i have a 90 ford f150 with fisher plow headlights keep blowing fuses when you turn headlights on checked for frayed wires nothing pull out headlight switch parking lights go on short time then fuse blows has anyone come across this situation any info. on how to fix this would be appreciated i am thinking it might a bad headlight switch thanks!
