That is good to hear. When I go for the recall I will address the drone then.

Anyone else tried this A-brace for the turbo? #5c3z6n639ba Just what is it?

FYI: I have an aftermarket intake (AFE stage2) and a turbo back exhaust. My drone/moan is 55-60 mph...not sure if it's really tied to RPMs. But it can be quite annoying with a load on the engine (up a hill, trailor, etc.).

I drive an 2005 and it has all the mentioned TSB updates.

The a-brace is a brace that goes from the turbo to the engine to keep the turbo from vibrating when the firing pulses are causing the droan. It is a warranty part so have your dealer install it for you, it took about an hour to have it done.We have had 2 done here and they cured the droan. Good Luck.

Hell I like it! It lets me know when I hit 70MPH..which is about where the line is for getting pulled over here.

When it does annoy me...I just let the Kenwood Excelon and those three JL amps in back make it go bye bye!
