Help Blowing oil

Question Help Blowing oil

My 390 has three breather ports One on each valve cover and one on the intake everyone of them blows oil out. with me all on oil is pushing out of them any ideas on what the problem is and I get milky white oil some times but I check the dip stick and the oil looks fine I was told the motor isnt breathing right I thought to myself that is right but why? and it is constantly blowing light black smoke out of the exhaust and leaving black **** on the ground any ideas on the would be helpfull too.

do a compression check of each cylinder. you may have really bad rings or a broken piston

I think I found the problem on the back of the intake is a fitting some air was comming out of it I hooked it to a vaccume on the carb and the oil blowing stoped and same with the **** and it idles alot better to I think that was the problem
My compression is good
