The new Ford Edge

It's getting the shiny new 3.5L engine, too.

So probably more than any vehicle, the Edge will be representative of the "new" Ford Motor Company, top to bottom, inside and out. Let's hope the people in Dearborn understand that to be the case.

Yeah that 3.5l engine looks like it will be pretty good...
One thing that surprised me was that it only has Variable Valve timing on the intake cam...

JimmysRed150 is starting off with a positive reputation.
If I remember correctly, the Edge is not replacing the Freestyle but, will be in addition to it. I believe it's being spun off the Fusion, like the Freestyle was off the Five Hundred. Also, a poster said he didn't like that front end on the Edge. Get used to it because, that is Fords new trademark front end look. The Fusion is the first car to incorporate it but, the other Ford models will be using it soon.
