Climate control fan

My fan will only blow on high speed and cannot be adjusted. What do I need to change to correct the problem?

I don't know what it's called but it sounds like the resistor pack.
I think it's in the air duct under the hood by the blower motor.

Yup the blower resistor is bad or a connection..
