cant that mess something up cutting wires and extendin them?

It depends how good of work you do. Thats whu I quoted
It is important that you use the best equipment and wiring.
If you use the best conectors with the right guage of wire do a very good job you won't have a prob.

okay i got everything installed and ready to go. but i noticed that the IAT sensor. (the sensor right before the throttle body) didnt have a place to hook up. do i need to drill a hole in the boost pipe to put it in or what?

Yes you do. It must be right before the intake on the presure side of the turbo.


So what are the mods? I would not minde having a rundown of your setup. Inj size, MAF size ect...

its a 97 ranger.
the turbo is a garrett t3 ball bearing 61mm turbo, runnin bout 18 psi
the intercooler is a megan racing universal intercooler
im using 39lb injectors and a 90mm maf sensor.
the clutch im using is a hays super truck.
i also put on an ACCEL ignition control system and 2 new accel super EDIS coil packs.

yea thnx to all ur help thats bout the only way i got it done. i had no idea u could use could half that stuff on a ranger.

on that sct thing. can u tune ur stock computer to run those big injectors and MAF sensor. or do u have to buy a new street computer

The stock computer is used. It just burns a new tune in it.

sup powerdog? trucks runnin great lovin the HP. but i was wonderin do u think my engine can handle a 50 or 100 shot of nos?

If you are running the turbo forged pistons yes. Nos is good keeps detonation down cools intake temp. If you got the turbo pistons you are safe any ware under 450HP

are you a member over at RPS?

if you put in new performance cam, lifters, and rockers can the engine handle more than 450 horsepower?

it might be able to hold another 25-50 hp..but im not exactly 100% sure.

powerdog how is that spec stage 4 clutch for a daily driver? Would stage 3 or stage 3+ work with that same kind of power. Just asking because spec states that the stage 4 isn't for daily driving due to harsh engagement and stage 3 and 3+ is better for daily driving.
