Can anybody tell me how to remove the wiper arms on a 200 F-150. I removed the plastic ocver and the not on top of the shaft, but the arms still sill not come off. Am I doing something wrong or do I need a special puller or something?

 

I use waterpump (Channellock) pliers to pop the arm off. One jaw under the arm, one on the stud and squeeze.

 

Your procedure is right, but they're stubborn.
