Leaking water....need help

I have a 1998 ford F150 nascar edition truck and I am leaking water around the area where the oilpan and transmission meet. Any Ideas of what this might be? It leaks even when the truck isnt running!

Thanks
Jason

Could it be a cracked hose for your washer fluid that is drooling down to that area and just dripping from there?
