88 351 Vacuum Diagram-source for EGR?

I have an 88 F250 with a 351 fuel injected. Somone has capped many of the vacuum ports on the manifold, presumabley to solve the high idle problem it has. The truck idles very high, when I unplug the idle controller the truck dies instantly. I took off the idle controller and it is clean (actually looks new). I noticed the EGR vacuum source is missing and I would like to get all of the vacuum lines properly reinstalled. I know there is a vac diagram on the valve cover but it is illegible. Does anyone have one they can post here or point me to one on the web.
Thanks
Jim B

I have one more data point- If I unplug the TPS, the idle speed returns to normal. Not sure if this means that the TPS is bad, or that unplugging the TPS throws the truck into open loop and sets some default value for the position of the idle speed control. It didn't have any codes for the TPS prior to unplugging it. Should go ahead and replace the TPS?
