I'd say that's one heck of a deal as it is. You might try haggling a few hundred, but I wouldn't expect much off. If you're looking for something similar and cheaper, my truck is for sale.

on Kelley Blue Book private party value it goes for $21,300. So I would spilt the difference between private party and retail price which would be around $22500. Maybe start with 22K then move up to 22.5K. Good luck.

Don't forget to negotiate the other factors like you trade in, some extras for the truck and/or any other insentives(oil changes for a year or $200 in gas for example) they could offer to sweet'n the deal if you can. Like the bed liner, sprayed in preferably.

it dont hurt to low ball and see what they say. price of new trucks is in the toilet. GM and Ford both have incentives to buy new. Used trucks 1-4 years old are pileing up on the lots. The Kelly blue book really is not worth much right now. make your own deal.

My buddy just bought a 2003 King Ranch 4x4 with only 22,000 miles on it. The were asking 22,900 and he offered them 18K to start and ended up buying the truck for 18,900....so there is ALWAYS wiggle room. Start way low and work from there.

Also, make sure it is a CPO so you get the longer powertrain warranty.
