Insurance

Anyone have a good stated value insurance company they deal with? Seems like there is only two in Sask. that will supply stated value polices for collector vehicles and they both seem to suck! Very expensive and unsatisfactory, like they don`t want to deal with this type of insurance but will if you want to throw your money at them. SGI and another company that I can`t remeber are the only two, no out of province company (that I know of) will supply any type of automotive polices since "Tort" insurance became an option for this province.

I definatly dislike sgi. They seem to think since they have no competition they jack their prices sky high, which sucks!

Since SGI introduced the "Tort" system no outside (of Saskatchewan) insurance company will insure Sask vehicles so we are stuck with SGI. Good for SGI and not good for us consumers. Before Tort an Alberta insurance company, which was issued through the CAA that had excellent rates, once tort came in they quit insuring Sask vehicles.

Because of the stupid "tort" type of SGI option !!!!!!!!!! Thanks a bunch SGI. Mostly because a small group of people thought that they should be able to sue for more money then SGI would give them. X01
