High Oil pressure ?!?

I have a 78 f-150 351M. The problem is that I have high oil pressure with the oil level at normal. The truck blows oil on the right side of the engine compartment where the dip stick and pcv valve are. Can't find leakage after washing engine compartment. After oil blown, oil level 1/2 approx 3 quarts, at which point there is no more oil leakage. Also, there is hardly any oil going down to the oil filter. Oil pump is working in good condition, PCV valve is new and engine runs normal with no hesitation. Does anyone have an idea what could be causing this oil leakage? To me it sounds like crank case pressurizing.... HELP!!!!
